Our fun and interactive Friends of Wine course uncorks this and a multitude of other facts and tips that will enhance your lifestyle, whether you are dining out, entertaining at home, selecting wine, savouring it or simply discussing it - for everyone from the experienced aficionado to the new wine lover.

The three to four-hour course casts new light on wine etiquette in restaurants and at home; characteristics of cultivars and the differences between them; food and wine pairing; evoking sensory delights with bouquet, taste and colour; wine glasses - table settings, use and care; wine storage; selecting wine (tips/tricks from a sommelier); and reading the food and wine menu.
